Damage security deposit: on weekly stays € 150 payable in cash on arrival, refundable on departure.
Weekly rates are per apartment.

Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday
Marta Capodimonte are in a separate cottage with private swimming pool, that can be rented as one full independent house as well as two separate apartments .
On arrival check in is possible since hr.4.00 pm
to 9.00 pm
On departure the guests are requested to leave the apartments/rooms by 10.00 am
Heating is based on consumption (autonomous system in every apartment)

Rooms each with TWIN / DOUBLE BEDS and bathroom ensuite.
Prices are per room per night
Minimum stay 2 nights
